We have conducted relocation projects as small as 500 square feet and as large as 115,000 square feet. We have been the designated mover each year for the complex load-in and move-out of the Asheville Antiques Fair, and were recently responsible for completing 160 moves for the relocation of an entire Asheville retirement community! Some of our recent projects have included the Arts and Sciences department at Western Carolina University and Henderson County Department of Social Services and Health Department.

The Commercial Move Process

1. A Gasperson estimator visits your business to survey the facility and provide an estimate for the move. The estimator analyzes floor plans and photos to begin planning.
2. A "move plan" is developed with a customized sequence and color-coordinated labeling system
3. Gasperson Moving & Storage conducts a pre-move seminar for your employees
4. Packing materials, rolling file carts and individual office bins are delivered to your facility. Packing begins.
5. Gasperson preps both the new and old spaces for the move
6. Move day: load, delivery and unload
7. Gasperson employees retrieve equipment, bins and rolling files along with flattened boxes.
8. Business-as-usual resumes!
